I am writing to express my keen interest in the Business Analyst position available at JP Morgan, as advertised on Seek on 24^th March 2016. My strong academic background, which includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance, along with my work experience in the Finance industry makes me a suitable candidate for this position.

I am interested in this position because I enjoy interacting with people and helping them out. I believe that in order to build a strong relationship with a client, it is important to treat each client differently. A great example of this is when I was working as a Client Service Representative at Vodafone. I successfully identified and generated 72 leads in 8 months through an existing database. Additionally, also met the KPI sales target and converted 21 warm leads to clients. This work experience not only helped me develop my communication and organisational skills, but also taught me how to be deadline driven, work under pressure and deal with unhappy clients in a professional manner.
