My major motivation for joining JP Morgan is that fact JP Morgan values its employees as true business drivers. Investment in tools & training programs for the continued development of the employees to push their boundaries, reach their true potential and be the leaders of tomorrow is the differentiating factor at JP Morgan, which truly corresponds with the statement given by Mr. Jamie Dimon,

I have passed some of the worlds’ most rigorous examinations in the finance domain, the Indian Chartered Accountant exams & two levels of the CFA program with pass rates of just around 14% & 45% respectively and worked & lead teams at a top Indian Chartered Accountant firm while pursuing photography as an avocation. I am equipped with all the educational skill required to work efficiently and this opportunity with JP Morgan will be instrumental in upgrading my knowledge, learning advanced financial modeling, training me to work under pressure, shaping my approach & method of thinking, infusing me with analytical & leadership skills and eventually sculpting my career
