I am a second year student at Ecole Polytechnique and would like to be considered for the Credit Suisse Spring Insight Program. I attended the Credit Suisse campus presentation on October 6^th and was impressed by how Credit Suisse was a global company with a focus on teamwork. 

Last year I completed a six-month internship with the Paris Fire-fighters Brigade, which gave me the chance to complement the academic skills developed while preparing the engineering schools entry exam. I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and good judgment while commanding a fire engine in Paris suburbs. My recent internship within the Actelion Financial System team strengthened my analytical and quantitative skills, as I was under constant pressure to solve technical problems with innovative, on-the-spot solutions. Meanwhile my experience co-founding a start-up selling modular and customizable speakers has given me the opportunity to develop real world leadership and the confidence to handle tough challenges.

Moreover, my keen interest in the financial industry was nurtured through my implication as a member of the Finance Club of Polytechnique. By gathering the brightest profiles among students interested in the financial industry and helping them connect with the most competitive firms, I gained a valuable insight into a wide range of financial organizations.

Given my high analytical and quantitative strengths, my leadership skills and my ability to look at the bigger picture, I am confident in being a particularly good fit for the Spring Insight Program at Credit Suisse. I am impressed by the opportunities of mobility, responsibility and teamwork you can offer and I am eager to work hard and contribute to the success of your company.
