I am a university student who is currently on my eighth semester, looking forward to experience real business situation. As an international business student, I have learned so many things that are related to business, range from local to international, theories to practices, and they all added my knowledge and changed my ways of thinking in positive ways as well. However, I realized that marketing and strategic management are the ones that grew my interest most. I believe that marketing is interrelated to strategy. Marketing, even at its lowest level, has to work along with strategic management.

Marketing nowadays cannot be separated with technology. Therefore, I know that I need to be able to operate some necessary tools. I am computer and gadget literate. A few events at my campus trusted and appointed me, either as the member or person in charge ofmultimedia and design. I also once had an experience at my university as a project manager in an entrepreneurship project. In here I learned how to develop my strategic skills, especially in the ways of promotion so that people can be aware of our business and increase the sales. Most of all, I learned that members in a team have different thinking and capabilities, so I was in charge to manage those obstacles and came up with best solutions. The experiences and skills that I have can be beneficial for L’Oreal.

I have always longed to work in a company that works in FMCG sector, and I know thousands, even millions people living in Indonesia know L’Oreal. As L’Oreal says in its vision statement “Beauty for All”, I believe that L’Oreal Indonesia can make my life even more beautiful in many aspects. I am looking forward to contribute and to share the beauty of your company to all.
