Regarding my academic background, I have completed my Master's Degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. Concerning my working experience, I have been working for more than 6 years in the development field with different capacities and organizations such as Program Coordinator at Sustainable Enterprise and Environment Development Society (SEEDS), Rasuwa, District Program Coordinator at District Micro Entrepreneurs Group Association (DMEGA), Rasuwa, Business Development Service Officer at Winrock International and currently working as a District Program Officer at DEPROSC, Nepal. During my Job, I have gained knowledge on Project Designing, Planning, Implementation, Coordination, Technical support, Monitoring and Evaluation, Proposal, and Report writing, research and data analysis along with office management. Similarly, I have also good knowledge about planning process of government, marketing, business plan, value-chain approach, micro finance, leadership and staff mobilization too. Likewise, I have good experience in enterprise development, community mobilization and needs assessment of grass root community and involve in the planning process for them. Beside this, I have fully been involved in data based management and monitoring and evaluation of various projects.

I have the ability to live and worked successfully under cross-cultural environment. Besides, I am self-motivated and co-operative person with a strong team work ability. I would also like to assure that I am able to handle multiple tasks effectively with pressure and time bound with enough flexibility. I have good operational command in office packages (Word/ excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook) including data analysis, data management and reporting writing.

In addition to my academic pursuits and accomplishments, I have always enjoyed and have keen interest working in remote areas and vulnerable community's development and create employment through the using of alternative energy. I am certain that I can make substantial contributions to this job in your reputed institutions and for this; I think my subject as well as my working experience will also help me to perform my duties very successfully and enthusiastically, if given me an opportunity.
