I am applying for the Group Manager, Packaging Position.I learnt about this opportunity through the Labatt Brewery website.I have recently obtained a Masters of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and I am also an MBA graduate in General Management which included Operations and Supply Chain Management.I have two years’ experience as a Relationship Manager and I am looking for an opportunity to put to use and further develop my leadership, analytical and managerial skills.AB InBev-Labatt prides itself with its iconic brews which have created great bonds with its consumers and I believe I will be a valuable addition to your team to keep on being a leader in the beer brewing industry.

My Professional experience encompasses two years as a Relationship Manager, three years as an Account Officer in a Bank and a year as a Civil Engineer as can been seen in my resume.During my time at the bank, I was responsible for sales and management of the Bank’s product.This included increasing client base by developing and maintain good relationships, meeting and exceeding sales revenues.As a Relationship Manager, I was also tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed, resolving account conflicts, coaching and mentoring team members. I have managed, mentored, and taught sales people, managers, and clients on techniques useful in the art of negotiations to lead to win-win scenarios and long term relationships.

I have attended the Operation Health and Safety Training for Construction Industry and I believe some of these knowledge can be applied in the Brewery Industry. I am an analytical, insightful, and highly-disciplined problem solver with a demonstrated ability to provide the quality leadership that invokes committed professional participation of team members and other stakeholder.

Although I am a self-motivated individual, I also enjoy working in a team essentially because of the synergy that working in a team brings.
