Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to seek any opportunities to work part-time and learn at Lotte Hongkong.
I am a current Curtin University student specialising in project management. I am passionate about the many disciplines encompassed by the field of construction and seek to broaden my knowledge and understanding further by pursuing as many opportunities to learn as possible. I would relish the opportunity to work within a quantity surveying company with values of Lotte.
I have an understanding of the property development process from design to project delivery, and skills in the reading and production of construction drawings in 2D format and 3D BIM model (please see the reference letter attached).
On a personal level I have excellent communication skills in English as well as Chinese Mandarin, and consider myself to be enthusiastic and passionate, not only in construction but also in life. I enjoy being challenged and find working collaboratively particularly stimulating.
