I was introduced to Morgan Stanley’s HR summer analyst program from SHRM at my school, and was impressed when I learned that the program offers mentorships from Junior and Senior partners even as an undergraduate intern. I am interested in pursuing a summer analyst position at Morgan Stanley, and have enclosed my resume and background information below.

I have previously taken the responsibility as a founder and the president of ty. Through this experience, I have mastered how to work with people from diverse backgrounds, maintain effective communication with peers and faculty members as well as managing any given tasks on timely manner even with high pressure. I have gained experience of maintaining and managing funds and honed my teamwork and leadership as we attended the National Debate Tournament. I also had the opportunity to work on research, “Women’s Rights Organizations in Saudi Arabia and France”, which was awarded in Center for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities and it enabled me to further my research experience as becoming a research assistant of Dr. Welch.

Given my background as a president of Debate Society and my analytical skills I have acquired from various research projects that I was part of, I am a particularly good fit for the Summer Analyst position at your firm.
