I am writing you today regarding your open position at Morgan Stanley. Interested in technology and helping others, as well as seeking experience, I feel as if there is not a better place for me to show my skills. I currently attend DePaul University, working towards a degree in Marketing as well as Finance, and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to work for your company during my stay in Chicago and in the future.

I have worked in the retail industry for many years, both in fashion and hospitality. My knowledge of customer service and of the products I have offered to customers in my positions created fantastic relationships with both my management teams and even frequent customers. In my time at Express Inc., I was one of the stores top performers in regards to credit card sales, and achieved employee of the month as well. At Enterprise Holdings Inc., I excelled as one of the Exit Booth Agents, ensuring a smooth process for customers. Handling up to 200 contracts per day, my sales increased almost 400%. I maintained profiles for customers, keeping their information up-to-date, and also advised them of how to use our loyalty program; the Emerald Club. During my time at Enterprise, our branch ranked in the top 3 in the entire nation for our loyalty program’s effectiveness and satisfaction.

I am an extremely dedicated and passionate individual, I strive for perfection in everything that I do, both in and outside of work. I take pride in upholding policies, while still providing customers with knowledge of the products I've sold and the many processes I've encountered. I enjoy working with a team to reach goals and create relationships, and I would be grateful for an opportunity to prove myself once again at Morgan Stanley.
