During my winter holiday, I had a chance to foreshadow the FX and Fixed Income Sales and Trading Department desks at Societe Generale bank in Moscow, Russia. During my talks with traders I got a glimpse of what it means to be at the forefront of the office and a level of excitement that this department brings. Through my networking activities with professionals of this retail bank, I understood that someday I want to be a part of a bank and get up every morning in order to feel adrenaline that I felt during my stay at that bank.

I want to participate in Morgan Stanley's Spring Insight because it will take my interest in financial markets to the next level and be a step stone in my future career. I want to make sure that I make an informed decision about my career, and your rotational program, networking talks and interactive workshops will make sure that I see different areas of the bank and will provide me with a much broader perspective on what I want to do in my future career.
