My name is and I am currently a junior at, and I am writing in relation to Morgan Stanley’s Firm Risk Summer Analyst Program. Through my current studies in finance and economics, I have acquired an extreme interest in global and domestic markets and, more specifically, the macro trends that move them and the general risk associated with different market positions. Morgan Stanley’s company mission, global presence, and resources offer the perfect outlet and foundation for these interests.

I am well equipped with the relevant skills and drive to excel in the Firm Risk Division at Morgan Stanley. Previously, I worked at as a finance and product development intern, which fine-tuned my creativity and solidified my solid finance and accounting background. On top of my outstanding technical background, I also truly believe in mission of difference-making. I truly want to make a difference in the world, and I have started to do so by aiding in a hospital build project in Haiti and volunteering around the Bronx. Overall, I believe both my analytical abilities, mastered through rigorous courses, my personal skills, developed in my various recent activities (from my Calculus and Economics Tutoring to my presentation-centered internship), and my shared vision with your company would allow me to hit the ground running in the risk division.

Moreover, I know that working at Morgan Stanley would grant me the ability to supplement these skills with real professional experience, which is truly invaluable to me.
