My previous experience with corporate law firms as an intern consists of assisting a team of associates in an initial public offering, private acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, legal due diligence investigations, providing support for a term loan facility agreement, and researching legal and regulatory requirements.

As an intern, I develop legal research and writing skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, as well as a working knowledge of M&A transactions, capital markets, and banking law.
