I have studied many companies’ financial reports, learned how to analyse companies’ market share and their competitors, critically identify growth drivers and prospects, and understood various valuation models such as PE, PB, DCF models. From this work experience, I have developed analytical, leadership skills and attention to details which are very important for this job as I will have to come up with competitor analysis, benchmarking and pricing strategies for Newell Rubbermaid’s products.

In ServisHero, I used to cold call at least 20 service providers each day and have made a total of RM3000 credit sales in two weeks. Besides that, I helped to execute several business development plans such as opening up a new categories and prospecting our future B2B market. In Yippee (my own venture), I handled our social media marketing, sales and also business development. These experiences have improved my project management and communication skills which are essential for this job.
