Sample cover letter for Full Time position at PAH

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am writing you to apply for the position of Project Assistant in Polish Humanitarian Action Organization. As requested, with this cover letter I am enclosing my CV and contact list of three referees.

Much of my previous work experience was in non-governmental sector, working for national and international organizations and the tools and techniques I have learned from this experience apply directly to the skills needed for this position – managerial and coordination skills, ability to communicate effectively with large scale of counterparts, preparation of project reports, maintaining and drafting an official correspondence.

I am always conscious about delivering qualitative and timely performance to each task I am assigned to and each responsibility I am taking on. I am proactive and enthusiastic solution-seeker, keeping positive attitudes under time or deadline pressure.

As well, my career and personal development are always driven by strong passion to contribute into civil society development programs, and regarding humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, I would like to join Polish Humanitarian Action

As for the salary requirements, my expectations are as following - $600/month. However, I am flexible and, surely, open to discussing compensation amount.
