I was very excited to see the Tax Analyst co-op position at Pwc on Mount Royal University's career services! I’m very interested in this work term as it offers the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals which is invaluable. Throughout my time at Mount Royal, working with peers while having strong teamwork has been an integral part in my learning. Aligned with the value CP places on its employees through SPIRIT, I know that this position will be a great learning experience.

I have 2 years of customer service experience backed with my 2nd year of enrollment at Mount Royal University with an Accounting major. I have a strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles demonstrated by an A- on the final exam, while balancing a part-time job working 20 or more hours per week. I am also pursuing my CPA designation upon graduation to further my knowledge within the field.

Along with my qualifications, I excel in either individual or team based work as shown with my ability to supervise multiple workstations efficiently while keeping sales up at my Stampede position. Throughout work and school I’ve always been a quick learner; with the right training I can only be of benefit to your company. The combination of my work, and studies has given me the ability to hit the ground running at ConocoPhillips.
