As a global information services group with operations in 40 countries, I was already familiar with your organisation and further research into your culture reaffirmed my interest in working for Experian. I was intrigued by testimonials from previous and current employees and this got me excited about joining the team at Experian. I was impressed by the extensive training opportunities and career progression which I believe represents a perfect setting for an undergraduate placement. 

A placement in a finance role links closely with both my current studies and career aspirations and will provide me with the opportunity to continuously learn new things and interact with different people across the organisation. This will kick-start my career as it will enhance my knowledge of finance and equip me with further awareness of what a finance career entails. Having completed my Finance modules with high marks, I am confident that I will be able to grasp the technical knowledge needed to succeed during my placement.

I have gained skills which I am able to contribute to the job role. My excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) will allow me to interact with members of the organisation from all levels. I have developed my public speaking and presentation skills through completing university presentations as part of my role as Student ambassador to new and prospective students. I am organised, efficient and strive to complete any challenge given to me to the highest standard. I have used my initiative to organise events when I was working as a campus ambassador for PWC and exceeded all required targets.
