With the intimate understanding of the role in which mental health plays in the development of prosperity and community, I submit my application for consideration as the Mental Health Clinician at the Prototypes South Los Angeles location. My passion for change in the world has led to a dynamic enthusiasm for Mental Health.

On a more practical level, my current role as a Case Managerhas provided me with insight and skill to meet the needs of the population served at the South Los Angeles location. Here I have been working closely with an interdisciplinary team to development appropriate case plans addressing the challenges and obstacles faced by women who self identified as survivors of domestic violence.

I am a motivated, professional, respected team-builder, and member of an interdisciplinaryteam. I instill a shared sense of purpose to provide optimal services, resources and programs for those in need. I am deeply committed to improving the quality of life for those who are vulnerable and unable to help themselves. I am deeply committed to improving the lives of the women in this program which would lead to the up building this community.

What I need from your agency is the chance and opportunity as the Mental Health Clinician of the South Los Angeles location. I hope to gain and develop in professional and personal ways that will embrace and advance my career and this community.
