Sample cover letter for Internship position at QED

POSITION:

event coordinator

GOT THE JOB? Yes

Dear Recruiting Manager,

I am writing to apply for the internship ... in QED

Right now, I am pursuing a master degree in... in France, where I acquired the ability to communicate with people from different culture backgrounds through many group projects cooperated with international students from different parts of the world.

During the college years, I usually spent my weekend as a volunteer in Guangdong Museum (the largest museum in Guangdong Province, China), responsible for planning and organizing events to promote the exhibitions and attract more visitors. As the leader of the event planning department, I have to let people in different departments know what I want and make them come out with what I want, and I was often occupied with several tasks simultaneously. Through the experience, I have learned how to communicate and coordinate with different departments, how to handle many tasks at the same time, and how to react to incidents.

I believe the strong responsibility, interpersonal ability and the capacity to deal with multiple tasks make me a strong candidate for the advertised position, and I am certain that my experience will add value to QED.

Thank you for your attention. A meeting to discuss with you further my aspiration would be appreciated.

I am looking forward to your favorable reply.

Yours faithfully,

Ariel
