My successful involvement in both international and national level moot competitions has led me to develop an inquisitive, flexible state of mind. My communication skills have also been well honed, culminating in an individual speaker score of __% being awarded to me during the _________ moot. These skills are further complimented by my experience gained volunteering at the _____. There, my work largely involves face-to-face contact with clients. A typical day would see me dealing with approximately 10 clients, all wanting immediate legal assistance. I am confident that these skills will lend themselves well to the clerkship program.

Lastly, I understand your firm promotes a balanced, well-rounded lifestyle. This resonates well with me, as though I am genuinely passionate about a career in law, it is just one aspect to my life. Outside of my studies, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Currently, I spend Monday evenings captaining a dodgeball team, and Wednesday evenings playing netball in a mixed team of eight.
