I am .............  a junior majoring in Development management at University of Agder (UIA), Kristiansand, and in Conflict, Peace and Development studies at Tribhuwan University, Nepal. At the moment I am in search for social oriented organization to work with and was so much interested in the job opening in your organization for programme implementation officer. As my resume indicates, I have both hands-on and office experience in the development management, research, and administrative field, as well as familiarity with drafting and computer applications. I also have E-moderating experience through my higher educational process. Moreover, I have experience in conflict resolution , disaster management, development management, refugee management, volunteering and social work, in Nepal, Norway and Sri Lanka last few years.

I have confidence that I am a successful candidate for the position not because of my educational qualifications and working experiences, but also I consider myself as a Self-motivated individual who has the ability to work alone and within a team environment in any circumstances. I have Excellent interpersonal skills with a result oriented approach, Positive attitude, Strong communication, Effective presentation skills, Strong sense of Team Spirit, organizational teaching and leadership skills. I am a Quick learner innovative and self motivated team worker with the ability to adapt to different cultures in rigours, trustworthy and responsible way. I am willing to work under any pressure and ready to take up any challenges and face them amiably and amicably. After all, I am Patient, cheerful and tolerable in situation of adversity ready to tackle the matters related to any situation with deep understanding and broad sensibility.
