Collectively my prior employment experiences have prepared me well for a career with this company. While at Harborone Credit Union, I was a very dependable employee continuously adjusting my schedule to meet the needs of managers as well as my coworkers. As a teller I also developed excellent interpersonal communication skills. I often had to assist customers while they were upset which enabled me to learn how to remain calm as well as sympathetic to someone while trying to provide them with information. While at Harborone I also learned the importance of diversity. Everyday day I was in contact with a new group of people and I learned that diversity is an essential part of education as well as a community’s success. Working at Harborone Credit Union provided a diverse environment which taught me the value of diversity and because of that it is something that I embrace.
