As a recent graduate of Rockland Community College’s ABA approved paralegal certification program, I would like to inquire about positions at Reda, Schwan. & Associates LLP. I have read about your firm’s efforts to service clients in the numerous fields of law. Throughout my studies, I did exceptionally well and took a particular interest in Elder Law, which encompassed everything from estate planning to drafting wills and trusts. I understand your firm specializes in these areas.

As I mentioned before, I have recently graduated from Rockland Community College with an A.A.S in Paralegal Studies. Rockland Community College’s paralegal program is approved by the American Bar Association, and is one of only fourteen schools in the metropolitan area that have such certification. I am eager to get my foot in the door and be mentored in the field of law, as I begin my pre-law program at SUNY Purchase in August.

In addition to my education, my time spent with Juicy Couture required extreme attention to detail, as I was in charge of cash management. Furthermore, I developed time management, organizational and scheduling skills. My time spent with Watch Station International furthered my cash management and supervision skills, as well as perfected my communication skills with clients. Together, these skills and my paralegal training will enable me to successfully provide paralegal support to Reda, Schwan & Associates, LLP.

Working at Reda, Schwan & Associates, LLP would be an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience while simultaneously furthering my education. I am interested in either part-time or full-time employment beginning at the end of June 2016, and am fully committed to maintaining a job while taking classes at night.
