I am a second year law student at (omitted) and am writing to apply for the Summer Associate Position. I am extremely interested in pursuing a career in corporate law and I believe Rich May, P.C. would be the perfect place to begin this journey.

While my undergraduate academic career focused primarily political issues, I found myself drawn to the corporate world as I began my professional career. Over time, this interest turned into a passion for the field of corporate law. Further, as a student working towards an LL.M. in Taxation, I have begun to gain insight into not only the legal aspects of corporate decision making, but the financial and tax interests which can have an effect on such matters as well, giving me a unique insight into this field.

I believe that my skill set makes me a perfect match for this position. As an employee of (omitted) for several years I constantly found myself in different roles working alongside everyone from the Partners on down, building a strong rapport with everyone as we worked in a fast paced, result oriented field; skills which I believe will translate over to the position at hand.
