Nowadays, hospitality has become one of the leading and most progressive industries. Being a hospitality professional means to be passionate and devoted to your “job” of making guests experience their moment of life.

As a future graduate of the BBA program in Hotel Institute Montreux I am looking for an experience that will help me built my professional profile. I am highly interested in doing an internship in your property because I found it is a place that is progressing fast, has a reputable image and will be a great opportunity after my graduation.

I am a very motivated and positive person. I strongly believe that a positive attitude towards work, the thirst for knowledge, persistence and consistency are the keys for success in the hospitality industry.

I want also to put some short words about my personal and professional qualifications and merits to give you a picture about my personality. Along the course of my academic studies as Bachelor Business Administration in Hotel Management and Tourism, and also BBA at Northwood University, I have faced many challenges and overwhelmed them with success and confidence. My studies at HIM Montreux taught me to be ambitious, innovative, creative and flexible. To further emphasize on my abilities I want to share with you my experiences during my successful internships. First of which was my experience as a housekeeping supervisor at Tulip Inn Hotel in Lausanne. The next summer I was employed as a Guest Relationship officer at Ela Quality Resort Hotel in Antalya and gained valuable knowledge to customer satisfaction and crisis management. My last fulfilling experience was at Pangu 7 Star Hotel in Beijing where I learned an entrepreneurial way of thinking and taking on new challenges. All of my experiences I gained and education I received made me a person able to work long hours under pressure and tension, to keep deadlines and flexibly to change roles and functions.

If given the chance to be part of your professional team, I would expect to be loaded with the most contributing and rewarding tasks, to give my creative opinion and to make a difference in the company.
