I wish to express my interest in the Account Manager/Client Service Representative Trainee position posted on the your career website. The position leads me to believe that you are looking for someone who has demonstrated a sound judgment and commitment to client service and I believe that my work experience, education and extracurricular activities have provided me with a skill set that would make a great asset to your team. The following are all elements qualifying me for consideration as part of your team.
As a recent finance graduate, I have developed strong research and analytical skills necessary to perform industry, market and financial analysis, which I have applied with a great attention to detail in my past academic projects, such as, portfolio management. My communication skills were enhanced through effective communication with taxpayers during an internship at Canada Revenue Agency, as well as over a two-semester Microeconomics Study Group Leader position at Concordia University. Additionally, my ability to analyze and synthesis information in a structured manner, as well as my bilingualism in French and English, were put in practice during a Financial Analyst position at Cirque du Soleil and a Personal Banking Officer position at the Bank of Nova Scotia. Throughout my academic education, I have had the opportunity of holding various positions in associations, and have had the ability to work effectively as part of a team, take responsibilities and priorities my tasks.
Provided my professional and academic experience, and knowing that the position requires providing excellent customer service and building relationship with clients, I have had an “avant-goût” as to what I can expect to do in regards to the responsibilities of the position, the initiative and collaborative effort that I will have to demonstrate to meet your expectations. It is persistence in effort, flexibility and commitment to result that I wish to bring to the position.
