Sample cover letter for Internship position at Sales Force

POSITION:

Q.A. Engineer

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am a junior Computer Science major at DePauw University and am writing to apply for the Quality Assurance Intern position at Salesforce. I learned about this position through your website, and was recommended to your company by my faculty advisor.

As you can see from my resume, I have completed a variety of Computer Science courses and work experiences that have prepared me for an internship at Sales Force. In addition, I have had a number of work experiences that demonstrate my ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment. My experiences have given me a firm understanding of front-end development skills, and client-user interactions. I am eager to apply these academic and co-curricular experiences as an intern at Sales Force.

I appreciate your time in reviewing my application and I look forward to hearing from you soon. In the meantime, if there is any additional information I can provide, or if you would like to be put in touch with my references, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you,
