I am interested in applying for Internship position in SanDisk Corporation.

My academic qualifications includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University,Chennai , India. I am currently on a study sabbatical pursuing the Maters of Science in Microelectronics at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. This is a joint degree program of NTU and Technische Universität München(TUM), Germany.

From my secondary schooling I have been interested in the field of Solid State Physics, Materials and Devices,Optical Physics and nanotechnology/electronics. I am very fortunate to have been taught by Professors from both the Universities and have gained quite a strong knowledge and understanding of Solid State Physics, Optomechatronic Measurement Systems, ULSI and Modern Semiconductor Devices. Also my bachelor’s degree helped me to gain hands-on exposure to the fundamentals of Process Control & Automation, VLSI technology Electronic Instrumentation, Industrial Data Networks, Digital Logic Circuits and FPGAs. Besides, I have undergone academic training in VHDL, Verilog programming and Industrial Instrumentation. I have had the opportunity to work on VLSI project namely “Dynamically Reconfigurable PWM Controller for Single Phase Rectifier” Atlys Circuit board based on Xilinx Spartan 6 LX45 FPGA. By making use of Spartan 6 LX45 FPGA, the speed of rectifier output and efficiency were doubled.

I started my career as an Assistant System Engineer in the Software testing team of Tata Consultancy Services. I had an opportunity to work in health care domain and was dealing with health insurance client Cigna.

During my graduation, I was actively involved in organizing blood donation camps, eye donation camps and teaching students of primary school. I have organized symposiums and served as the student president of International Society of Automation during the year 2011-2012.

I am a team player and have the experience of successfully managing interpersonal issues and delivering successful projects during work life and collegiate education. My strong interests in technology and deep grasp of the related subjects helps me to adapt to new processes and changes.
