When i discussed about the Scania graduate programm with Kristine Stålhandske, a fomer Scania graduate trainee at traineedagen 2015, I jumped at the chance to apply for this opportunity. I have a great fascination for IT and I know that Scania is at the forefront of technology. I am mainly seeking a position in IT, but I am also available for other work. I have a lot of experience in IT both through my studies at university and through work placements and I would like to put my skills into practice at Scania. My course work at Stockholm University has exposed me to an extensive set of programming experience as well as passion for systems design. I have had successful experience in developing and debugging C++ code. People describe me as driven as I always strive to deliver results. This comes partly from my time as a seller, but also from my academic work where I felt it was important to set high goals for myself. During my studies, I often took a leadership role in group work. The management style I developed while volunteering at the Computer Student’s Association at SU allowed me to cultivate the ability to communicate candidly with superiors, subordinates and community members which earned me a great deal of trust and credibility. I made it a priority to organize regular meetings, newsletters and other communications to keep students and our business contacts informed and involved.
