I am currently a Test Manager with IT Systemhaus managing performance test team, and I am extremely interested in the Product Owner position with Sivantos Group.
I have been contemplating a shift in my career and product owner has been a career choice which I have wanted to pursue for some time. Coming from a background in agile software development, software test and test management, I feel empowered in my shift in career focus. My various roles with multiple companies have provided me with software development and test expertise, requirement engineering, product management, process management and agile project management experiences. In addition, my wide-ranging professional experiences with all levels of management, both internal and external, set me apart and for success in a product owner role.
My research on product management have guided me to develop a framework that is published as the book “Efficient software product management, ISBN: 978-1482318807”. I have invented a porter value based organization framework that is awarded as one of five innovative ideas by Management Innovation eXchange (MIX) managed by Harvard and Mckinsey & Company. I have experience with management consulting on five international projects to implement the invented framework. I also believe that my fluency in English and German will contribute to my ability to effectively support the Sivantos's bilingual nature.
