Dear Mr/Ms, I am a freshmen at  College interested in interviewing for a job as an Intern with SOMAR. I am intending to major in Economics and Mathematics, looking forward to taking classes in finance and marketing. As a student I have been extensively involved in my school community, which has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills. My involvement in the SGA has allowed to me work closely with my peers while supporting the school community as a whole. While taking on leadership roles in many student organizations I am eager to take the next step into the business world. I feel that my excellent interpersonal and analytical skills couples with my proven leadership qualities and strong work ethic would make me a great fit for SOMAR.I have supplemented my education with internships and participation in student organizations, growing and developing qualities that cannot be acquired solely in classroom. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong time management and organizational skills, while I see as being very important when seeking to work for this internship. As a first year I think SOMAR can provide me with the perfect platform to start my career ventures. I have worked in various different cultures and situations and am comfortable working both individually and in groups. As a compassionate individual and student devoted to my studies, I believe I exemplify the qualities upon which SOMAR mission and values are built and bring a positive and new insight to the work place. I would like to thank you for the opportunity and appreciate your time and consideration. Enclosed is my resume.
