Combined with my hospitality background, this programme is a great fit for me.

Having prior experience in international service organizations, I understand how valuable good customer service is. Organizations that can build sustainable relationships with its customers is the best equipped to succeed in today’s competitive business environment. In my previous professional and voluntary jobs, I worked successfully with customers from different backgrounds and countries. I often had to resolve customer problems, give sales pitches, presentations, and take accurate notes of conversations with customers. This built up my confidence in working with customers and top management.
