After having discussed with the person in charge of the International Relations of the university, on the opportunities offered to the students concerning studying abroad, I decided to fill in an application form. Highly interested, I propose to you to examine my candidature.
I am currently doing an IT degree (3rd year) and I would like to specialize myself in the e-commerce. However since autumn 2001, there is the University of Montreal that proposes a Master in e-commerce that seems to me very interesting.
Indeed, this program offers a global vision of the problems related to the e-commerce from a legal point of view, management and IT. It is about a multidisciplinary program that corresponds exactly to my current degree since I have a degree of a B.T.S. in Accounting and Management and a D.U.T. in data processing. These skills would make it possible to reinforce my double competence in data processing and management.
Moreover, the fact that these skills are proposed at the University of Montreal is a chance for me. Indeed, since I started my studies I really wanted to spend one year abroad. I perfectly know that this opportunity constitutes an advantage on my resume, and that will enable me to integrate the professional life more easily. Moreover, this opportunity to live one year in Canada will enable me to open my mind with the Québécoise culture. Lastly, a year abroad would be a personal experiment without any doubt very enriching.
