I am writing to express my interest in your Management Trainee Programme, advised on hkbea.com. I will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from. With my academic qualifications and personal qualities, I believe that I would be a suitable candidate for this position.

In order to broaden my horizon, I participated in different case competitions. For example, in 2014, I participated in thecase analysis competition. We were asked to prepare a business proposal for a company. I conducted a financial analysis independently and teamed up with my classmates to generate a comprehensive report. Through the experience of case competition, I deepened my understanding of the financial market and banking industry and developed my teamwork and analytical skills.

As you can see from my résumé, I also participated in student activities and acquired additional skills. For example, I participated in a voluntary service program  in 2014. As a team leader, I voluntarily organized culture exchange trip to improve friendship among team members because our members were from different countries. In addition, I liaised with the representative of the organization and evaluated the process of the program. After one month of negotiation with the organization, we were successfully to carry out our service plan and received positive feedback from the organization. 

I am passionate about working in the banking industry and have determined to pursue a long-term career in the banking industry. My resume is enclosed for you review.
