To whom it may concern,
I am writing to apply for the Summer Internship Program within the Group Operations division at UBS as advertised at my University Campus Event for the 2016 intake. I am currently in my penultimate year at I studying , with a predicted grade of 2:1 and a strong focus on Finance and Economics.
I have recently undertaken an internship as an Analyst at a Private Equity Fund where I was responsible for working with the detailed due diligence on a start-up crowd funding platform company and was given the opportunity to produce a business plan and multiple information memorandums which required a detailed approach to judgment and decision making.
During my time here I was fascinated with how the fund effectively built a bridge between investors on one side and its portfolio of direct investments on the other to enable effective operational performance.
