Sample cover letter for Internship position at UBS

The reason why I decided to apply for this programme is that, ever since I started my university carrier at, my desire to gain more experience and information about the Economic world has never stopped. Attending first year courses helped me to deeper understand the fundamental notions of Economics and this increased my interest about those topics even more. Next year I will have to choose whether to remain in Management or to switch to another path such as Economics or Finance. Since this will surely be determinant for my future job carrier, before taking this important decision I would like to discover many things that are still unknown to me. Being able to visit companies like Deutsche Bank and UBS would allow me to see the Finance world from the inside, to understand if I could be interested in this sector and if so, what can I do to improve my abilities and knowledge required for my studies, my future job and my life.
