Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is in reference to the announcement for the post of Team leader . With my immense interest in community engagement and sustainable development and a person who believes in cross- cultural gap filling, I would like to apply for the position.
I have an academic grounding in Social Science and Management, holding Bachelor’s degree in BBA from Pokhara University and Masters in Sociology from Tribhuvan University. With very kin interest to sustainable development and security I also hold a diploma on Global Peace and Security from Leiden University.
In my recent position as Public Relations Officer I was responsible for outreach, communications and co-ordination of more than 20 conference which included government policy making, Disaster Risk Reduction, Sustainable Development and Women Empowerment. I worked in liaison with all the speakers, knowledge partners and diplomats for planning and implementation procedure.My time here has also seen me in collaboration and outreach activities, documentation, database management and other proof reading works.
After the Disaster April 25, 2016 I made my active participation through “Teachers workshop on Earthquake Education- Nepal 2016” where I volunteered as a communications officer and was also accountable for research and data finding. I was also attended an emergency operation training workshop, reporting and documentation. I was also active assisting the students workshop for disaster education.
