Dear Sir or Madam,

I am an explosive Graduate from the Master in International Management – specialization in Sales and Marketing - at IE Business School, in Madrid. Currently, I am living in XXX, but I attended my Bachelor in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University, in Milan, city in which, despite my love for Asian food, I would really like to come back to live in.

Working at UberEATS, for me, would first mean following one of my greatest interests: Technology. I love reading about it, and I am a close follower of all the latest trends, from Smart Houses, till Smart Payment methods; I am super inquisitive about all the forms in which new technologies and the concept of Share Economy are actually changing our way of living and re-shaping the difference between goods and services; I created my Instagram account back in 2012, when none of my peers had ever even heard about it, and here in XXX I am one of the few foreigners, who succeeded in setting and daily using Alipay. Uber for me is simply one of the leading pioneers in all of this, and just thinking about the possibility of being part of its family and facing the new challenge of developing UberEATS, makes me tremendously excited.

Secondly, my experience as a traveller and as individual who had been living in 4 countries in the last two years, taught me a lot, but mostly one skill: solving problems in the most efficient way; if you have ever found yourself backpacking in Myanmar with almost nobody speaking English, you know what I am talking about.

Finally, I have studied Sales and Marketing for one and one only reason: because handling relationships with people is my cup of tea. I feel comfortable describing myself as a naturally empathetic individual, who had further trained this innate capability through humanistic studies, and particularly during the last internship: to develop a Marketing Plan from scratch in three months, carefully listening and understanding the insights of every member of the staff is definitely crucial. I know how to speak to people, even more because of my participation to the Public Speaking club at IE Business School, and when it comes to either calm or convince them, I rapidly catch what to leverage on.
