My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and guest-service environments. In the past I have worked on the guest service desk for the housing department at the University of Tulsa, where my responsibilities included greeting arriving guest, handling the check-out/check-in of equipment, provided security checks of non-residential students, answered maintenance calls, maintain the lobby area neat and presentable for visitors.

Previously, I worked with computer information systems were I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of data inconsistencies and compile reports for data analysis. I consistently met strict and time-sensitive deadlines for multiple projects at one time.
