• Managing relations with Business Partners through understanding with a commitment to end-to-end process awareness and best practices.

Recently, I was positioned within the Service Introduction, Change and Release Management (SICRM) area and worked to improve the processes that _______ adheres to on a daily basis concerning change management. In this role I was involved on many levels to include: team member of multiple projects with collaboration between vendors/BU/process/IT, Technical Release Coordinator for Data Center Services, and most importantly as a change coordinator for global infrastructure working toward continual improvement. I feel that my extensive experience in the IT sector as well as my process improvement skill set will enhance and benefit ISG within this role.
