I have over 8 years of training and work experience in the humanitarian and Development sectors both on regular and emergency programs in peaceful, emergency and post conflict situations. I have worked on project/program management and coordination, proposals writing, appraisal, monitoring and review of grants, partnerships and funding, capacity building and training of local staff as well as community based organizations. In addition to this, I have a varied experience in several programmatic sectors, mainly Food Security, Disaster Risk Reduction, as well as Water Sanitation and Hygiene from initial evaluation and conceptualizing, through planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation and closure

My current role with ADRA and the other past positions have given me the opportunity to meet and develop meaningful mutually respectful relationships with key stakeholders, including Donors, local and national leaders, the public and private sectors, civil society, local communities, local NGOs and CBOs, other international NGOs and the United Nations and to manage and build local staff capacity empowering them by recruiting, training, monitoring, coaching and motivating them into positions of responsibility
