With regard to the email communication, I am writing to express my interest in the XXXX Program. After going through the program details I am convinced that being a part of it, I can continue my endeavour to gain knowledge and simultaneously lead campus and professional service activities. Thus, I am highly motivated and enthralled to apply for the position.
Currently, working with XXXXX, I have conducted several Sessions for my team of 50 odd members, on various technical topics as well as on my domain of expertise. I have frequently conducted trainings for the team and contributed in developing documents to build capability for project related technologies. In my current project, I am entrusted with the task of being ‘Buddy’ to the trainees deputed to our project, mentoring and guiding them for a smooth transition into understanding the work culture and ethics of the team. As part of my deliverables, I have worked extensively on MS Excel for creating scripts and on database related tools as part of automation framework.
During my undergraduate studies, I was part of the Journalism team and got the opportunity to teach underprivileged students in collaboration with different NGOs. I also helped my peer group and juniors in subjects like Linear Optimisation, Theory of computation and Database Management systems along with lab assignments. Apart from this, I have developed and delivered several technical/non-technical presentations and seminars as part of my academia.
I was also associated with XXXXX, where I helped undergraduate students with different concepts in mathematics and quantitative reasoning. I co-ordinated between the administration and students to maintain good learning pace and healthy classroom environment.
Hence, I am strongly eager to collaborate with the faculty and utilize my energy in the best possible way to assist students, making them proficient in their subject and simultaneously enhance my interpersonal skills.
