Sample cover letter for Full Time position at Well Fargo

POSITION:

Bank Analyst

August 25, 2015

Dear Hiring Manager,

Wells Fargo

To Whom It May Concern:

I am applying to this position/opening I have found in Careerbuilder.com as I believe I would be a great fit for the role. However, I am not limited to this position and I am always willing to learn.

I would love to contribute to the growth of your company with various skills I have acquired during my time spent at the University of xxxxx. After graduating in December 2014 with a Bachelor Degree in Finance, I feel confident I will be able not only to meet, but exceed the expectations of the position. As an athlete at xxxx, I have attained many work related attributes. I have played soccer for xxxx since I was a freshman and have learned many things such as how to effectively communicate, lead, and work with others to reach a common goal. Also, as an athlete, I understand the value of perseverance, self-motivation, sense of urgency and hard work to achieve goals.

Likewise, the completion of a twelve-month training program for Citigroup has allowed me to be a part of a financial institution and gave me a chance to understand the banking businesses better which in turn will greatly contribute to the position. Through this training program as well as my current employment, communications and marketing analyst, as a temporary worker in TTS Client Operations at Citi, I have developed multiple skills and acquired more advanced knowledge on Citi software programs such as CitiComp, Resource Everyday, SAP Business Objects, GDW and Metron. I have expanded my skill set regarding Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to evaluate my resume. If possible, I would love to schedule an interview.

Sincerely,

xxxxx
