I will graduate in September with M.A. in International Business from Warsaw School of Economics. My background in management, business development and marketing, as well, as being a member of different student organizations during my studies, are making me believe that I am a good match for the Fast Track Management Program position.

Based on my understanding of the Program and your organization, here are the aspects of my background that seem most relevant to your requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of Management gained at work and during student projects backed up with theoretical knowledge gained during studies (International, Strategic and Operations Management as well as other cources)
  • Love for travelling and exploring new countries and cultures while broadening my horizons and destroying barriers in communication.
  • Negotiation and Problem Solving skills developed through experience as an English tutor and miniMBA program student.
  • Business experience, from Human Recourse and Project Management to conducting KPI analysis, leading a team of 10 people, based on working as a Business Development Specialist at Rocket Internet.
  • Multinational working experience with different people of a great variety of backgrounds (United States, Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus)
  • Working proficiency in 4 languages (English, Polish, Russian and Belarusian) as well as intermediate knowledge of German.
