It is with great interest that I submit my application for the position of Architectural Intern. As four years’ experience and graduate student at Miami University with a Master of Architecture, I know my diverse skill and qualifications will make me an asset to the team.

Professionally, I have been involved in various scale of projects from an intern for the planning and implementation of large-scale community developments throughout the New Ulaanbaatar International Airport at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. As a junior architect, I was responsible for several community projects including constructions of luxury houses, home units, commercial buildings and residential buildings in Mongolia. I possess impeccable technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and other graphics communication programs.

Academically, I have focused on educational community projects as they relate to the issue of sustainability. In graduate school, I have focused on how physical study space can impact student’s creativity for my thesis research. For that reason, my thesis design focused on the Architecture School Project in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I have also explored alternative mixed-use patterns that further advance flexibility on a social and economic level. At school, I was involved with a project concerning multi-use issues.
