As I read through the job description, I knew that the position not only matches my interests, but that I also match its requirements. Throughout my college career I tailored my course load to cover key areas of finance, such as managerial finance, investment analysis, and business forecasting. I am currently nearing the end of a specialization on Corporate Financial Analysis and Decision-Making offered by the University of Melbourne on Coursera, and have taken an Introduction to SQL in the past. I am continually refining my use of lookups, complex functions, and macros among other skills in Excel. That being said I am confident that I can provide the analytical support you need in evaluating financial data.

My Accounting experience coupled with my investment background gives me confidence in my own ability to analyze and evaluate the information from the cash flow, balance sheet, and income statements to produce various valuation analyses using diverse valuation methodologies.

In addition, I believe my philosophy coursework has provided me with a greater capacity to analyze, conceptualize, and evaluate information in a way that is conducive to solving a wide range of problems.
