My personality is characterized best as a dependable and committed person. I have strong communication skills, which helps me to work well with customers, team members and executives. I am known for being an effective team member with a talent for organizing. This is demonstrated by the fact that I am capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously while staying focused on my work and deadlines. I am not easily distracted and have the ability to prioritize, which means that my performance is high, even during busy period.

I have recently moved to Amsterdam after finishing my MBA-Global Management and currently is in pursuit to get myself familiarize with ‘Dutch Language’. I pride myself on my strong work ethic and my ability to resolve complex decision making matters. With over five years of experience in Hospitality in 3 different countries, I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues.

I have developed and honed strong interpersonal and managing skills throughout my time at Curtin and Bournemouth University. While studying MBA at Curtin University- Australia, I continued to look for leadership opportunities within a team setting that would provide me necessary skill set to be an effective leader. In small business consulting project, I led a team of 3 classmates in redesigning a marketing model and sales strategies for Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation, Western Australia. Additionally, I was also deeply involved in consultancy and financial planning project on for Motor Trade Association-Perth, WA. A significant part of the engagements I studied and worked on relates to business consulting, marketing models & customer services which enabled me to gather exhaustive knowledge on strategic decision making and gain skills on effective reporting to client’s management.

I have facilitated my role as a manager in hospitality industry for 5 years. My hospitality experience has expanded my professional knowledge and given me an opportunity to share this knowledge with my peer groups. I have recruited for and helped to manage the 25-30 colleagues, involving constant collaboration with other department heads. Much of my experience with the Hotel involved responding to myriad of revenue & sales concern. I am excited about the opportunity with Accenture as it works with a diverse set of customers, improving from strategy, marketing to supply and being able to troubleshoot problems for both internal & external customer.

I am eager to apply my skills and abilities in Accenture. I believe it would be an excellent company to hone my previous experience of passion for creative problem-solving and analytical work. I am looking for a position that challenges me to bring out the best in me. I want to further expand my professional knowledge and experience the joy of new accomplishments. To realize this goal, I will take an assertive approach to learning my role within the company.
