I strongly believe that the skills and abilities I have gained during my career to date make me an excellent candidate for this opportunity.
My experience of 2 years as a Customer Service helped me a lot in learning how to schedule and plan my program in order to have the best performances. It also endowed me with excellent verbal and written communication skills since the main channel to communicate with the client was by phone/mail or chat.
In order to fortify my knowledge and my passion for Human Resources I took online classes from universities like University of Minnesota which offered me valuable insights into Human Resources employment laws, recruiting, hiring, onboarding. compensation and employee performance.
I am also a great problem solver since the project that I worked on was a reclamation project for a telecommunication company, I have strong leadership skills, that helped me advanced in my career and become a supervisor.
I am convinced that my broad experience in the career field of customer service has equipped me with a strong set of valuable competencies that meet your needs. I am eager to combine my previous experience with my passion for human resource in order to work hard and make a meaningful contribution to your organization.
I also speak 3 foreign languages French, Spanish and Romanian, so if the organization will need a translator or some help with understanding some papers, I’ll be more than willing to help you with that.
I worked with various tools in providing support for my customers like oracle database, outlook, excel, PowerPoint, so consider that I am also a technical savvy and a fast learner
