I am an MS Finance graduate from Simon Business School, University of Rochester. I am interested in pursuing a career at Amazon and I believe that my background in Finance and Corporate Development coupled with my technical, communication and management skills would be a good fit for the company.

Prior to Simon, I worked as a Business Development Intern at Faith Biotech, a Biotechnology firm, where I researched new technologies in the field of hospital sterilization and disinfection. I was closely working with the Finance & Corporate Development team of the company that developed my interest towards Finance. I grasped the fundamentals very quickly, d and after observing my zeal towards Finance, the Senior management recommended me for the Corporate Development Analyst position at Real Chekk, one of the subsidiaries of the company. At Real Chekk, I closely worked with the Internal M&A team of Faith and assisted in Acquisitions of small pharmaceutical companies by conducting industry research and developing financial models for valuing potential targets.

My journey at Simon helped me hone my skillset and develop a better understanding for the subjects and industry practices. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Engineering in the field of Information Technology that provided me with excellent quantitative and analytical skills that make me competent enough to be a perfect fit within the Financial Services. In my previous work experience, I consistently demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills by delivering client presentations, attending client meetings and negotiating deals with vendors that makes me a perfect fit for Amazon’s culture. I am a traveler by heart and that was something I loved about my previous jobs. My experience equipped me with the skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and build strong professional relationships with my team, clients and colleagues.
