Application for internship in Engineering and Gear Construction

Dear Human Resources Department,

I am a post graduate student studying scientific instrumentation at Ernst-Abbe Hochschule Jena, currently in my Third semester, seeking internship opportunities. With my study in Mechanical engineering and my professional practice experience, I believe I could make a valuable contribution to BHF Maschinenbau GmbH.

I have extensive experience working with CAD tools to design Manual Air Pump for bicycles, Knuckle joint, and mechanical components for lathe machines. This built up my confidence in using ANSYS workbench professional in structural analysis with different modelling tools. Working on these tools also gave me the opportunity to apply my understanding of basic concepts in computational fluid dynamics for simulation. My coursework in Bachelors has covered FEA Analysis, Design of Machine Elements, Fluid Dynamics, and Manufacturing Technology.

In addition to these skills, my personal projects have involved optimization process in a 40 -TON crank press Machine, where the project deals with how to reduce the scrap. Interest in designing field and knowledge in the concepts of fluid dynamics intended me to apply for this position. I work excellently in development environment and I believe that I would excel at Philips. Thank you for your time and consideration, I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Mansoor Basha. Mahaldar
