Dear Recruiting team at Pieces,
It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for position of Junior Buyer. As a person who is very passionate about fashion industry and finance (as of now I am in my second year of Baccalaureate studies focused on International Business), I believe I will be a great asset to your team.
As can be seen from my attached résumé, this summer I have taken two internships mainly focused on financial accounting. I have not only helped with the making of financial statements, but also with the distribution of salaries or with writing documents (I used Microsoft office for creating mentioned documents) for European Union. This presented me with a great challenge as no day was the same. I must admit that I thrive in an environment where no two days are equal.
I, myself, am a person who is dedicated, hard-working and passionate about any task I might encounter. Meeting deadlines is one of many things I strive for. What is more, I enjoy working in a team. I believe that team-work is highly important in order to have prospering company. But, from time to time, I also enjoy doing important things on my own as I know this makes my skill grow and my knowledge to blossom.
At the age of 16 I have won regional Olympics in English. This achievement made me pursue my dream of being fluent in English. As a result, two years ago I have taken CAE test (can be seen in enclosures). I also need to underline the fact that my bachelor studies is in English language. I am communicating in English on a daily basis; therefore using it in any line of work will not be an obstacle for me.
Last but certainly not least, I want you know that I am a big fan of what Bestseller represents. Company which always strives for perfection, is dynamic, is conserned about its employees and environment was always a workplace I have imagined myself working at. In my mind Bestseller and Pieces possess all of these traits.
In closing, I am thrilled at the possibility of being involved in Pieces, and would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the value that I can bring to the company as a Junior Buyer.
